These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 between you and Udhyogii Technologies Private Limited ("Udhyogii", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Udhyogii platform, including the website, mobile applications and all related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, submitting a job description, uploading a roster, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is used by three categories of user, each with distinct rights and obligations under these Terms:
Udhyogii operates two distinct channels, and the legal character of each is different:
Find Jobs aggregates publicly available job, internship and apprenticeship listings from company career pages, government and PSU notification portals, NATS/AICTE internship portals and other public sources. These listings remain the property of the original publisher. Udhyogii does not verify, endorse, modify or guarantee the accuracy of aggregated listings, does not accept applications on their behalf, and disclaims all liability for their content. Clicking "Apply" redirects the user to the original source. Direct Jobs are vacancies posted on the Platform by a company that has completed Udhyogii's verification process, naming a real recruiter and a real deadline. An Institution may select eligible, consenting students from its roster and submit their profiles against a specific Direct Job in a single application. Udhyogii facilitates this introduction but is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any resulting offer, interview or hire.
Job seekers pay nothing to browse or apply to any listing. Companies may currently register and post unlimited Direct Jobs free of charge for one year from registration under the Launch Offer described in the Pricing page; after that period, or for any successor offer, then-current pricing will be communicated with reasonable advance notice before any charge is applied. Institutions pay the annual subscription fee applicable to their selected plan (Starter, Professional or Enterprise), as set out on the Pricing page and summarised below. Udhyogii does not, under any circumstance, collect a registration fee, security deposit, training fee or any other charge from a student, and does not collect payment from an institution on behalf of a company.

Fees are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is charged additionally at the prevailing statutory rate and reflected on the invoice. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Institutions and companies must provide accurate, current registration information and promptly update it if it changes. Udhyogii verifies institutions and companies through a combination of AICTE/AISHE affiliation records, GST and CIN checks, work-email domain matching, principal/signatory email confirmation and, where an email domain cannot be matched, live geotagged photo verification of the institution's premises. Where two or more institutions register under substantially the same name, Udhyogii may require additional registration proof (PIN code and address match) before completing verification. Udhyogii may suspend or decline any registration it reasonably believes to be inaccurate, duplicated in bad faith, or fraudulent.
Recruitment consultancies and staffing agencies may register as Companies subject to three additional conditions: (a) every job description must name the actual end client and be labelled "via consultancy" in the feed; (b) a signed mandate or engagement letter from the named end client must be uploaded against each such job description; and (c) resume-download capability remains capped until at least three institutions confirm, through their own dealings with the consultancy, that its process was genuine. Udhyogii may request supporting documentation at any time and may withdraw consultancy status for non-compliance.

Breach of this clause is grounds for immediate suspension pending investigation, and Udhyogii may report conduct that appears to be criminal in nature — including demanding payment from a student under the guise of a job offer — to the appropriate law-enforcement authority, in addition to any rights under the Report a Fake Job policy.
"Udhyogii", the Udhyogii logo, and the look, feel, software, database structure and compilation of the Platform are the property of Udhyogii Technologies Private Limited, protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable common law, and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission. As between Udhyogii and an Institution or Company, that party retains ownership of the data, resumes, job descriptions and other content it submits ("User Content"), and grants Udhyogii a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce and display that User Content solely to operate the Platform and provide the service, including the specific sharing mechanics described in the Data & Resume Handling Policy. Listings aggregated in Find Jobs remain the property of their original publisher and are used under the terms described in the Scraped Listings & Takedown Policy.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Udhyogii verifies the identity of registered institutions and companies but does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the genuineness of any offer, the outcome of any application, or that any student will be hired. To the maximum extent permitted under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable law, Udhyogii's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by the affected Institution or Company in the twelve months preceding the claim, and Udhyogii shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from Udhyogii's own fraud or wilful default.
Udhyogii may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, on a verification failure that is not cured within a reasonable period, or where required by law. An Institution or Company may close its own account at any time; on closure, data is handled in accordance with the Data & Resume Handling Policy, including the export and deletion mechanics described there. Termination does not affect fees already accrued, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance-redressal mechanism in clause 1.10, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Complaints about content on the Platform are handled under the Grievance Redressal Policy. Udhyogii may amend these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by email or an in-product notice at least 15 days before they take effect, except where a shorter period is required to address a legal or security risk. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
